How I work: roles, collaborations and process

There is no single way to travel well. There is, however, a good way to work together. Grape Stories is built on dialogue, clarity and mutual respect — for time, expertise and expectations.

1 · Guide & tour director

I work as a licensed guide and tour director for curated journeys across Italy, with a strong focus on wine, food and cultural landscapes — often in collaboration with tour operators and institutions.

2 · Travel designer / personal advisor

I curate journeys based on my personal knowledge of territories, producers and local networks: experience design, selection of suppliers, narrative structure, timing and rhythm.

3 · Collaboration with tour operators

I collaborate with selected tour operators as a specialist partner — content design, on-field guidance, destination expertise and storytelling. Grape Stories does not operate as a volume-based tour operator and does not engage in client poaching.

4 · Private sommelier & wine education

Guided tastings and cellar visits, advanced wine education, support in wine purchasing and collection building, and remote consultancy.

Conversations & fees

A first introductory call is offered free of charge, to understand expectations, roles and feasibility. A clear proposal follows; work begins only after formal approval. Fees vary according to role and scope and are always agreed in advance.
