Hike & wine: the active pace

How walking changes the way a landscape reveals itself.

On foot, the Langhe stop being a postcard and become a place you can feel. The climb to a ridge, the smell of the soil after rain, the sudden view over the vineyards — the body reads the land, and the appetite follows.

My approach is simple: hike & wine. We walk the cru, talk with the growers, and arrive at the table having earned it. An active pace lets places reveal themselves, and keeps both mind and appetite pleasantly awake.
